Calming and reviving!

While I’m still working on being “more than anxiety”, whenever I meditate to Dennis’ videos or audios it helps me calm down so much and get back to reality. I’ve been listening to his stuff for about 10 months and bought the end the anxiety program in August. The visualizations help me connect to my true self.
