The Only Person I Recommend!

I deal with panic attacks and agoraphobia. By using Dennis’s podcasts, he gives real information I use to not cope with, not deal with, but overcome these debilitating issues! I cannot thank God enough for leading me to Dennis! He delves deep into these issues, is truthful and extremely known. Knowing that he too, experienced this, gives me more faith and hope knowing that he himself overcame this, and became a new person. I strongly recommend using Dennis’s methods! He has truly been a God-send!

I have hope for cure - not coping.

I’ve been a nearly lifelong anxiety sufferer and for the first time, I have hope for a cure and not just coping. I’ve been listening and practicing and already, I was able to stop catastrophic thinking today, to reframe, and to redirect my focus to something outside myself. The last month has been absolutely brutal, but this podcast gives me real, genuine hope. Dennis: I’m sorry that you endured this disorder for 6 years, and I’m so grateful that you turned that experience into help for all of us. I can’t wait to see you on TED, on tv, with bestselling books, with speaking engagements like Mel Robbins. You deserve every bit of whatever success looks like to you. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Life Changing

Two months ago was the first time I listened to Dennis after I had hit an all time low with anxiety. I was desperate for answers, help and guidance. I am so thankful everyday for him, his knowledge and his gift to be able to guide/educate us warriors into better versions of ourselves.
