Follow anxious girls need to listen

I love love love this podcast. I found it after I read her book (which I also love). It’s nice to relate to these podcasts and I’m glad Caroline is helping to normalize it. If your having a bad or anxious day her voice will turn your day around and make you feel better. Can’t wait for new episodes to come out!
