Amazing podcast with great information
This podcast is amazing! I am a chiropractic student and very interested in BirthFit. I have been listening to the episodes while on my drive to campus and every time I end up sharing the episode to family & friends. When I have my own practice this is definitely a podcast I will be sharing with it moms/ dads!
As a coach for women, the BIRTHFIT Podcast has been an excellent resource for my personal research & education to utilize for myself and share with others. I love the diverse topics surrounding the entire motherhood transition, which opens up new
ways to think and approach our lives. Sometimes I feel beautifully overwhelmed with information I didn’t know was even an option! Lindsey does a great job getting straight to the point during her podcast, and her interviews are always juicy Q&A discussions. I highly recommend opening your mind and diving into this insightful podcast!
