Supportive and educational!
I first found out about BIRTHFIT through Kara Webb (professional athlete). She mentioned them in a few of her posts from her pregnancy and I was intrigued. She’s also how I became interested in this pelvic floor “thing” lol. Having started following BIRTHFIT before planning on getting pregnant, and now being halfway through my first pregnancy, I have learned SO much- even if some of the things do not pertain to me. Part of my current life statement is continuing learning... I LOVE to learn new things, perspectives.... like give me it all🤣 Through listening, I’ve learned so much. Through listening, I’ve been exposed to so much to dig further into. All I can say is thank you to Lindsey and the BIRTHFIT crew. You have positively impacted me and my life and I’m grateful for that🥰
