Dr.Campbell episode

This was a validating episode. I was morbidly obese with a family history of type 2 diabetes and multiple attempts to loose the weight at 38. On Wegovy I’ve lost 50 lbs over 7 months and it has helped given me the clarity to bring weight training and aerobic back into my life and going 6 months strong. I see my Endocrinologist every 3 months in and she’s nyc so I wonder if she’s the same one you talk to. She holds me accountable on using weights and eating more protein. It is not an end all be all it’s a tool to get back on the correct path.
