Great running advice
Helpful and timely topics. I really like the short segments — they fit nicely into available time that I have. Great advice on a wide variety of running topics. Thanks and keep it up!
Love this podcast!
Your 3/29/21 podcast Re: treadmill running cleared up SO many questions for me! I’ve been trying MAF training this past winter (mostly treadmill) and felt like some progress had been made. But the first time I tried MAF outside, it was a bomb. HR shot up right away even after what I felt was a proper warmup and even though I was barely shuffling. Your podcast explained why that happens and helped me feel better. Still not sure what to do about it though. Maybe MAF inside and just run without worrying about HR outside?
Anyway, thank you for your podcast! I always learn something valuable.
Really informative!
Claire asks really good questions to her interviewers and the conversations are always interesting. Keep up the good work, Claire, we appreciate you!
