Gia and Claire literally wrote the book on how exactly to conduct customer research *right*. Anyone can send out surveys, but knowing what questions to ask, (what not to) and most importantly, how to actually interpret the answers into action that moves the needle on your business. SaaS founders know we have blind spots around who our best customers really are, but we have no idea what to do about it. The Forget the Funnel framework fixes that.

I learned a ton from the first episode with Tara Robertson (Bitly CMO). The hosts Claire and Gia are super-teachers in SaaS marketing/product, so I felt like they pulled out Tara’s expertise really quickly with their line of questioning.
