The Healthy Diabetic

I just listened to this podcast for the first time. Episode 175 with Cristel. Very informative., and held my attention the whole hour and a half.

The Healthy Diabetic has evolved from a previous podcast with 2 hosts, “ Two type ones”. The engaging quality continues, but the content is deeper. I find it so easy to listen during my workouts and each episode brings useful information and connection. Featured guests keep me up to date with new developments and my management has been eased by ideas I hear from other people sharing what works for them. Things like: working with highs and lows with less stress, tips for the expense side of diabetes, working with strength training, sprint work and endurance sports, how other people move through the daily challenges to tackle big and small goals. My management has been made smoother and takes up less of my daily attention thanks to listening. The sense of connection is a bonus! This is an easy entertaining listen with a ton of wonderful inside information! I will continue to listen regularly!
