Do a deep dive on RAW plant based low carb

I really enjoy this podcast and I hope they will do much more on RAW food low carb science. I know one of them did not do well on raw low carb plant based as taught by Dr Gabriel Cousens but it is the only diet that controls mine. Everyone knows high meat and fat has side effects in the long term but what about RAW food plant based low carb science??? Why do you guy continue to only compare the obvious between low fat, high carb plant based and a meat based ketogenic diet?

Cyrus and Robbie are such a great team!
Not only are they informative, but their chemistry are refreshing. They grasp both of the issues regarding elevated globose and insulin intolerance in a scientific and compelling way. They are informative on the topics of food as medicine and also direction of eating for optimal health. They also have amazing guest hosts frequenting the show giving alternative ideas to reinforce the whole food plant based way of life.

Great Information

Great podcast! I have been following Cyrus, Robbie and Dr. B for almost a year and have been changing my diet to plant based, whole foods. The health benefits have been enormous. Every time I listen to a Dr. B interview I learn something new. This was another informative interview!
