Mark discover that fear was the underlying inhibitor in his life and training his breath helped him tap into his own power, allowing him to persevere in spite of fear. Mark is now on the path of self-mastery by embodying the Innate Strength Way.

She became a yoga teacher and her path brought her towards breathwork, zen meditation, functional medicine, and eventually to the Wim Hof Method.
