So much more than weight loss…

I spent a year working with Lia to realign my relationship with food and I can honestly say I’ve never felt healthier or more mind-drama free in my life. I love having these podcasts in my back pocket I can listen to any time I need a quick reminder of the Why’s and Hows! She can help you start loving yourself where you are and trusting yourself to take you where you want to be.

This is an amazing resource! Lia gives great advice on how to stop dieting and finally learning about what works for you. It’s all backed with great research and focuses on doing things “because you love yourself”! I love listening to her podcast on my walks!
