    Our special guest today is Azure Moyna. 

    Azure Moyna is a writer and coach. She holds a Master’s Degree in Regulatory Affairs, a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience, and is a certified coach in Eating Psychology. Azure has overcome child abuse and a resulting eating disorder and is passionate about coaching and writing about issues relating to food, body, mental illness, familial dysfunction, societal treatment of overweight people, and the healing journey.

I've been a reader of Live, Love, and Eat magazine for years now. I appreciate there is a podcast as well. I love the diversity of topics covering lifestyle, spirituality, fitness, and healthy recipes. The variety of content keeps me well rounded on my journey and I'm happy to hear I can consume it as a podcast as well.

In full disclosure, I'm a contributing writer for the magazine as I submit a mindset poem each month. I've also been interviewed on the podcast (season 2 episode 1). The reality is that the concepts and strategies I have absorbed from Bernadine and her friends have helped upgrade my life.

I highly recommend embracing this podcast as part of your listening routine.
