So much information - FOR FREE!!

I love listening to this podcast on my runs. You relay information in a way we can all understand and apply it to our fitness journey. I cannot believe the information you give for free, but am so glad you do it

While Doc Lyss may talk a mile a minute the content is extremely important. She asks good questions, gives thoughtful answers, helps to navigate through the influencer bull to get to why we are all here… to get stronger and faster as athletes. Great show, very important for anyone who works out
