A lot of information!

There is a lot to learn by listening to this podcast! I do wish she would talk a little slower, but she is cramming every second of her podcast with useful information. A truly reliable source for training and nutrition information…and so much more!

Appreciate the content.

Love this podcast. Obviously Lyss is super knowledgeable/expert in the field, but she also breaks things down for no sci peeps to understand. No nonsense, real life advice on how to piece together a lifestyle based on your goals. As a first responder/military with a different schedule, I appreciate her advice on how to get stuff done however it works for you, not some perfect template lifestyle like pushed in the industry nowadays.
