I am beyond grateful for this podcast and all the time Dr. Adrian Chavez has taken to debunk the rampant misinformation that’s spread like wildfire through social media. I feel so much more confident in my personal nutrition journey and most importantly, look forward to raising my kids to have a healthy relationship with food. HIGHLY recommend.
