So many good takeaways!

Love hearing these life lessons from 2 different perspectives! One, a young, single, cosmetologist and entrepreneur, the other, a licensed therapist—both mental health advocates. Some topics are gentle reminders and others are eye opening views that have helped me rethink and confront my own habits and practices. They normalize so many behaviors and help me see things in a new light. It’s fun and kind and feel good motivation! I learn something from every episode!
