Starting my Journey
This is such a helpful, motivating and educational podcast. I am just starting my journey toward vegan living and found this podcast last week. I have been binge listening every chance I get. I have never eaten a lot of meat. I don’t like eggs or seafood so I feel I am mostly there. It’s the cheese, yogurt and milk that I did not think I could give up, but after listening, I feel confident that a vegan lifestyle is my future. This is a must listen podcast for anyone who might be on the fence about going vegan.
Helpful and life-changing
I am so thankful to have found this podcast. It has quickly become my favourite health and wellness podcast. Highly recommend for those wanting to incorporate more plants into their lives
Integral Listening
As a vegan-in-training, I truly appreciate the positive encouragement I receive from this podcast. There is no shame-based advice nor guidance. It's just information being shared; you can do what you want with it. What I also deeply value from this podcast is the gentle push to find your own path and walk your individual journey. I feel inspired every time I listen. Thank you!
