I am thrilled to have found your podcast . Your information is so fascinating , informative and all around good sense. When I listen I think the episode was the best, but then I feel the same about the next one . I am in relatively good health , but believe the more you know, the more you do , the better you feel ! I feel great every day , don’t forget attitude plays an important role too. Thank you for all your research. I feel I can listen to your podcasts over and over . Your the Best of all I have found ! Amazing show!

Jamie does a great job of helping you to understand what to do for your own health. He patiently explains everything giving you the knowledge to help make decisions about how nutrition and fitness can make a difference in your life. There are so many trends in health now that can harm you, l love that Jamie takes the time to tell you the pros and cons of new diets and products on the market. And as a bonus, he’s funny!
