Ep #46: Lessons Learned from A Year of Self-Help

When I first started this podcast, I was worried that I would run out of material, but after nearly a year of researching and discussing self-help topics, I haven’t even gotten close to covering it all. And since I’ve been at this for close to a full year now—and because this is my last show before baby Sawyer is born—this episode is the perfect one to review what I’ve learned over this time.

Really interesting and well-produced

I can’t remember exactly how I stumbled upon this podcast, but I really enjoy it! I’m not normally all about the self-help world as I’d rather read fiction, but this caught my attention and I’m so glad it did. I love that someone who understands the importance and implications of scientific research is willing to look into all of these topics and help sort out fact from fiction, and then share it. Each episode is the perfect amount of time to get into the topic and let me decide if I’m interested in pursuing it further. Dr. Greer is always good about sourcing her information and attributing her facts so I know where to go look when I want to know more.
