Insightful conversations on sleep

Appreciated listening to Martha's recent episode on cannabis and sleep. Was interesting to hear that for some bodies, like anything, cannabis may not be the best solution when you're dealing with sleep problems. Also appreciate the research she brought to this episode. Thanks Martha!

Misinformation

A tall person can absolutely get enough calories to be vegetarian or even vegan. To say otherwise is either a blatant lie or extreme ignorance - which one are you? There are examples of tall people being vegan all around the world. There are vegan bodybuilders. It can be done. Pretty easily actually.
