Great Information for Any Triathlete. A Must Listen

I found this podcast last year while prepping for my 3rd 70.3 IM. I do a lot of training solo so the traditional passage of tri-info by training partners didn’t really happen. This podcast has filled the void. I’ve learned how to improve my race day nutrition, proper bike fit, pre and post workout routines, bathroom strategies etc, etc. There are golden nuggets in every episode. Truly grateful for the podcast.

I’m been listening to Andrew Harley and the TriDot team for well over a year. Andrew is a terrific host, addresses relevant topics, has expert guests, and keeps the conversations moving. I’ve listened most of the episodes at least once and a few several times….specifically the tips on transition, nutrition for long course races, and nailing tour next tri.
If you’re a newbie or winning your age group, try it out this podcast, you won’t be disappointed!

TriDot Podcasts Rock

I started my triathlon journey about 11 months ago and was searching the internet, YouTube and Podcasts trying to learn more about the sports and as much as I could about the many facets! I came across The TriDot podcasts and have listened to them ever since. They cover every area you can imagine! There are always great guests with a wealth of knowledge on the topic of the week! I didn’t even realize all there is to consider when doing triathlons and this podcast is absolutely amazing! So thankful to have found it, it truly is the best!
