Ep 141: How to meet your emotional needs

Ep 141: How to meet your emotional needs

If we’re the ones to meet our own emotional needs - where do we begin? When we’re identified with parts that feel unloveable, broken, rejected or alone, this will feel impossible and confusing. Not to mention the fact that no one ever taught us or modelled it to us.

In this episode, I talk about the two big shifts you need to make to start meeting your own emotional needs - so your relationship dynamics can also start to change.

Ep 140: What you long for is right here - a conversation with Paul Grant

Ep 140: What you long for is right here - a conversation with Paul Grant

The possibility for suffering is right here, inside of you, and so is the possibility for joy, healing, and ease. For me and my friend Paul Grant, it took a few power journeys to Mexico, among other things, to experience the truth in that statement.

In this episode, I have a conversation with Paul about that first journey to Mexico, the problem with being at war with your mind, and other important discoveries from our inner journeys.

This episode gives you the courage to be vulnerable, and to create true intimacy and connection. So that you can love and be loved, even if it didn’t feel safe or possible before.

Ep 136: How to get to the bottom layer of your relationship reactions

Ep 136: How to get to the bottom layer of your relationship reactions

Most of us are being dragged around in the surface layers of the reactions in relationships. The anger, the withdrawal, the blame, the hyper-vigilance and the victimhood. By ourselves, our partner and most often - the dynamic between both.

It’s not until we can get present and move through the surface layers of our reactions, that we’re able to express from a place that creates understanding AND heal the wound that shifts the pattern.

In this special episode, I take you through one of my own recent reactions and break down the layers I found. So you can look for the layers and the root in your own patterns.

Abundant aha! moments

So many aha! moments guiding the way to life-enhancing practices! With every episode I gain more deeper-down understanding of myself (and sometimes other people) plus guidance to practices that have truly transformed my inner world, in turn transforming my outer world. And there’s fun along the way.
