Yoooooo.... this podcast is everything! The information is golden, the brotherhood is solid and the gains are visible. I’ve been vegan for 2 1/2 yrs now and been going to the gym for about 8. Realized I was just going thru the motions and not seeing much results, ur podcast amongst other research I’ve done has been life changing. I’ve realized I was under eating, not reaching the amounts of protein I needed and not pushing myself as hard as I needed to in the gym. I’ve recently dialed all that in and can say that I’ve found the love I’ve once had for fitness, its my new high, can’t wait to be where I should of been years ago. I thank you brothers for ur amazing podcast, I can’t get enough of it, keep going strong, plant strong!

Great Advice for Vegans (and Everyone Else!)

I have been vegan for two years, and I have tried for that amount of time to lower my body fat and add lean muscle. I have never found such a useful resource until stumbling across this podcast. I have read thousands of pages of nutrition and health literature related to plant-based lifestyles, but this is something that I am so grateful to have finally found. Thank you!

Peas guys are the real deal. I’ve bean listening to every episode and I am soy into this podcast. After each lesson, I’m a lentil bit wiser. Now I’m kale-n it in the gym. Everyday I’m brusselin. A lot of people think going vegan is a big missed steak. But haters gonna hate, I don’t carrot all. So take a listen for yourself and be sure to turnip the volume. Don’t settle on being mediokra. Get inspired and romaine focused. And when those meat-eating losers try to break down our spirits, lettuce tell them tofu— themselves and shout: “Not today seitan.”
