Intelligent discussions, shattering negative vegan stereotypes

I’ve been whole food vegan for about 13 years and have become really interested in building muscle and becoming as fit as possible to be a positive example of veganism as I move towards 50. I believe that if we can lead by example, from a positive place, we will be able to grow the movement much faster. I stumbled across the vegan gym podcast while searching for various interviews.
