Amazing vegan fitness podcast !

This podcast has been so informative. I’ve been lifting for about 8 months now. Vegan for almost 5 years too😬! I’ve lost 100 pounds over the past few years but was never serious until I began lifting and wanted to get serious about becoming fit. That’s when I dropped about 30 pounds fast from lifting and watching my macros. My biggest struggle is losing stomach & inner thigh fat/flab from losing so much. This podcast has given me a lot more motivation and helped me get my macros more on track. I started out barely eating when I began lifting. I was so strict and not really happy. Hearing what you guys eat and how you workout is really helpful for me. This being a vegan podcast too is sooooo much better for me also. Thank you both for all your help. I love the podcast and highly recommend! Go vegan!

Great Healthy Podcast

This is a fantastic podcast that is focused on the science of creating a fit and healthy body. These vegan brothers deserve a lot of credit for their hard work on this podcast and providing all of their fitness secrets. This is exactly the type of podcast I was looking for. I can’t wait for new episodes!
