Knowledge and free of fluff

Listening to Omar and Dr. Lori is a breath of fresh air. Far too many times in the health and wellness space, there’s a lot of fluff and unnecessary confusing advice that only places people further away from their weight loss goals.

I appreciate the practicality and wide ranging guests that are on this show each week. This podcasts is a must listen for those who are looking to take control of their health.
