The best!!

I've taken advice from Dr Lori for about a decade - and read her books.
Because of what I've learned, I lost about 100 lbs 8-9 years ago and at 60 - I'm healthier than when I was a 20 year old.
The podcast is great and much further in depth than her social media posts in showing how to live a healthier life.

Dr. Lori and Omar provide great info for people like myself working to maintain healthy habits and make those positive changes to our lifestyle as we struggle with health and life issues in the forms of diabetes, weight gain/loss, heart issues, as well as work and personal life demands.
