Hands Down Best Yoga Podcast

I have been practicing yoga now for 10 years. This past year I came to a point where I found it easier with my work schedule to begin practicing at home and dedicating a space in my home to practice daily rather than trying to always rush to a class at a studio on time and paying a costly membership each month. I have tried following several other yoga podcast classes, I feel that this one offers the most regular updated new classes as well as being very easy to follow audio cues. I hope one day I can take her class in person!! Amazing teacher, I feel incredible after each practice. And the best part is, I can take my mat with me anywhere, any time, and there is a plethora of classes to choose from.

I miss being in person in the studio with Anna! These podcasts are great for at home, at the beach, while camping, etc! I love being able to take my yoga anywhere and her cues are perfect and easy to follow even without a visual! ❤️❤️❤️
