    seriously, y'all. it's not so bad. once we get warmed up, you're gonna get a blanket...or a towel...and fold it the long way and lay it down the entire length of your mat, at center...then use that to pad the insides of your knees.

    you don't have to love it...but it's really not so bad.

    unless it is. then, you get out of it.

    but if you can stay and breathe with just a teensy, tiny modicum of ease, do.

Love love love!

I miss being in person in the studio with Anna! These podcasts are great for at home, at the beach, while camping, etc! I love being able to take my yoga anywhere and her cues are perfect and easy to follow even without a visual! ❤️❤️❤️

Voice is too low

Please turn up the microphone. I can’t hear the instructions. Content is great and daily updates are fantastic, and I know the voice is supposed to be calming, but if you can’t hear it, then it’s unusable

June '15 class great

The June class of 2015 is great! Unique and moves well. Not a powerful yoga by any means but the flow is hypnotic and really great.
