Our team is made up of Rosalyn, Nick, and Austin and we each come from different backgrounds that bring these topics into light in different ways. This week we talk about all things marriage, relationships, and community and how that relates to our overall wellness. As humans, we have an innate need to be a part of a unit of other people. As we journey through life we learn so much about ourselves and what we search for in our companions and that often means taking a long, hard look in the mirror to create the type of relationships we really want to be in. Whether it's friendships or romantic relationships, we share some of the things we've personally dealt with and we give advice to some special newlyweds in our lives.

Ep. 5 Travel & Wellness - You Mindset, Healthy Tips, and Impactful Trips
We're back and so excited to be chatting with you! Our topic this week is travel and wellness - the opportunities we have gotten to travel for work and for pleasure - and how those experiences have shaped our worldviews. Even though travel may sometimes be stressful, there are tips we've learned over the years that help us enjoy our trips to the fullest.
We also talk about how travel challenges us and helps us learn more about ourselves when we're out of our normal environments. It allows us to experience unique cultures and people - and even though we're so different, we see how beautifully similar we all are as we try to live out our happiest lives.

Ep. 4 Personality tests - do they show us who we really are?
Welcome back to the podcast! This week, we each took three personality tests to see if these evaluations accurately represent who we are and how we act. Some seemed more true than others while one made us a little freaked out by how accurate it really was. After diving into each evaluation, our biggest takeaway was that it's so important to learn and understand who you are and to be able to bridge the gap between your outward self and your authentic self.

Ep. 3 Experiencing a healing sound bath together
