A totally new way to lose weight-from the inside out
I’m so grateful to Cookie for these podcasts. She lovingly and patiently coaches how to picture yourself as a naturally slim person, and step by step, how to start eating like one. The best part is, she never mentions what to eat or how much. She teaches us how to change the HABITS that have governed our eating and overeating. I listened from episode 1 and now I’m on 28 and I’ve made real progress on changing my habits. I am on my way to overeating being something I “used to do.” This podcast is a treasure.
