    On this week’s episode of the podcast, I interviewed Marisa Moon, a National Board-certified Health & Wellness Coach and an Intermittent Fasting Instructor. Marisa and I talk about the unique needs and challenges faced by women over 40 and how Intermittent Fasting can be a tool to support the body at this stage of life. 
    The key is that it has to be implemented in a way that doesn’t further stress the body during this stage of life. Listen as Marisa shares all the Do’s and Don’ts so that you can determine whether this practice is appropriate for you. She also shares her flexible I.F. approach, which emphasizes nutrient-dense foods and intuitive, enjoyable fasting. 
    As with all things, knowledge is power. So, rather than jumping on the I.F. bandwagon, it’s important to learn what it is, how it works, and how to practice it in a way that helps you reach your wellness goals.
