Yin Yoga for Freedom (Spiritually Fit Yoga with Amelia Andaleon‪)‬ Spiritually Fit Yoga with Amelia Andaleon

    • Health & Fitness

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast!  I'm back for my first episode of 2022 on January 17, 2022, honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with this Yin Yoga class for freedom, freedom in body and mind.  May you enjoy this 30 minute yoga class plus 5 minutes of savasana.  This episode ends in silence to allow you to enter a deep rest if you choose to enjoy this practice before bed.  Yin Yoga moves slowly and can be practiced at anytime but, it can be especially help to invite a good night's sleep or as a tool to alleviate insomnia.  SUGGESTED
PROPS: Bolster (or cushion or firm pillows), blocks, blanket.

Today's quote by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

"The time is always right, to do what is right."

Blessings and Peace Out,

Amelia Diaz Andaleon
