Informational AND Inspirational

Lucas Rockwood is a smart yogi with a curious mind. Not only do his podcasts delve into fitness, health and nutrition, but he also gets into every day life! Dental health, mold in your home, relationships . . . he asks a lot of questions and finds great people to answer them! I love that each episode also has a listen Q&A section, and he gets personal. I really respect Lucas, he is honest and forthcoming and puts a lot of great information out there for everyone. Thank you for being curious and sharing! I look for to your podcast every week.

plates spinning

Revealed a lot about the journey we have to face to understand progress, growing, learning. Your analogy of spinning plates is a great visual on how our rivaling demands spin around us irrelevent of each other at times. I'm learning integration of the roles I carry with graduate school, 2 kids, emergency nursing, wife. I am looking forward to drawing my 3 year goals despite the inevetible plates spinning. Thanks. Bravo!
