Excellent information and production

This podcast is a must hear for everyone who wants to learn more about yoga therapy, mindfulness, balanced being and long term health practices. That is a short list….I could go on. Yoga therapists, yoga teachers, clinicians of all backgrounds and everyday humans—-all would benefit from listening and learning from this work. Dr Amy Wheeler does an excellent job in the interviews. I am hooked!
