Leigh is a goddess!

Leigh hits the nail on the head with her "whole person" approach to achieving your goals and being realistic about your lifestyle. It's annoying how simple she makes things when most of us are used to overcomplicating everything.

Love this podcast!

Do I agree with everything that Leigh talks about? No. But that's ok. I still walk away with new challenges and ways of thinking, that I may need to change or reprioritize. As we are all human, we all need challenged.

Inspiring, introspective, needed

Leigh is a very rare voice in the fitness space, someone who outwardly walks a middle-path and owns it. As a fellow creative person and fitness enthusiast/athlete/whatever who grew up and identifies with alternative culture of some sort, this podcast is incredibly refreshing and thought provoking. I honestly don't think there is another resource like it, and the ideas and stories Leigh presents I think are of greater benefit than the most in-depth nutrition science, which for good measure she also knows inside and out. If nothing else, listen to "Robert Mapplethorpe didn't wear a jockstrap." For me this sort of thing is a necessity, I'm looking forward to much more if this type of content!
