We were tired of all the health and fitness apps that made us feel worse about ourselves, that featured trainers who didn't look like us or talk like us (hello, drill sergeant much?), or that assumed we had hundreds of dollars to spend on trendy equipment in order to make their workouts actually, well, work. That's why we created the RISE App, to build a community of folks who love to move their body and spark joy in their lives, without all the body-shaming and exclusion. Check out our latest limited series podcast, Talking Body with Amy Porterfield! Amy has experienced massive success in both her business and personal life, but behind every accomplishment lingered a nagging suspicion that she wasn’t living up to some invisible standard of how she should look. Now she’s on a mission to discover exactly where that little voice inside her head came from, and - together with some new friends and fresh perspectives - how she can vanquish it once and for all. Am I a gamer now? Perhaps, because Tyler "Ninja" Blevins stopped by the podcast this week to teach me all about his favorite video games! Ninja is the world's foremost streamer, and I have to say, my kids have never been more jealous of me than when I told them he would be on my podcast. We had a blast chatting about the trials of gaming and the pitfalls of online fame. You won't want to miss it!
Tyler's recently sold out patent-pending hoodies will soon be restocked so keep an eye on teamninja.com! !

Joe Biden Gets Real About Hardship and Hope [Rebroadcast - The Rachel Hollis Podcast]

Happy holidays! We're out of office this week, but I thought what can I bring my folks over at Your Fave's Faves they haven't heard before? In 2018 I interviewed President-elect Joe Biden on my other podcast about his then-upcoming book and the personal struggles he's faced throughout his life. The conversation is a powerful one on the power of hope and resiliency, and one I hope that you will enjoy this holiday season while reflecting with your families.

LOVE!

Loving this podcast so far! A chill and fun podcast to listen to in this crazy world right now!

Do a little research

I find it very disrespectful that you put in little to no effort into researching the person your are interviewing before the actual interview. Also, please let them talk... we hear you talk all the time but the poi t is to learn about your guest, not how relevant you are in relation to your guest.

Not Hollis Co’s Best Work

It seems like the market is totally saturated with this type of podcast right now (get a famous person on your show and interview him/her). I’ve listened to others that I love, but this one felt boring and there was no connection. The conversation with Kristen Bell seemed kind of awkward and uncomfortable to me. Rachel has her strengths (teaching people about how she grew her business), but now it seems like the Hollis Company is losing its focus and branching out into areas they aren’t experts in (meditation, fitness, your fave’s faves). Their content has become watered down, and the quality isn’t there like it used to be.
