    Hey girl I know right now is tough like extra tough. Our routines have changed, we are missing our friends, and the life we had before quarantine. I get it but now is the time to start realizing you have control over how YOU show up each day. We can't change outside circumstances all we can do is decide how we are going to handle ourselves and who we are going to be despite what is going on around us.
