You Don't Have to Perform to Be Loved

What does it really take for a woman to know her worth, build a successful business, and finally feel at peace in her own life? In this episode, Noona sits down with Deborah Henning, a business coach, former fashion designer, and founder of Journey to Self-Made. Deborah's label was stocked in Harvey Nichols, she appeared on Shark Tank, and on paper, she had everything. But it was a moment of complete emptiness, standing in Harvey Nichols at 7am surrounded by her own designs, that changed the course of her life entirely. Together, Noona and Deborah go deep on the hidden drivers behind female ambition, what self-sabotage really looks like when you're already successful, why so many high-achieving women stay in relationships that slowly erode their sense of self, and what it actually feels like when you finally do the work. This one is honest, raw, and genuinely powerful. In this episode: Why achievement without self-worth leaves you feeling nothing The invisible red flags in relationships that chip away at your confidence daily How financial independence changes everything for women What happened when Deborah walked away from a quarter-million-pound Shark Tank deal Why becoming magnetic has nothing to do with trying harder Connect with Deborah Henning: Instagram: @DebraOfficial Website: journeytoselfmade.com Connect with Noona: Instagram: instagram.com/limitlessbynoona Website: neonoor.com Email: noona@neonoor.com YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@limitlessbynoona Noona Nafousi is a Master NLP Trainer, executive search veteran of two decades, and the creator of The Limitless Leader Codes. Why Pain Is Never Lost: The Leadership Skill Nobody Talks About

What if the pain you have been running from is the very thing that will make you unstoppable? In this solo episode, Noona shares one of the most personal and powerful conversations she has had on the podcast. Drawing from her own experience of losing her father and the grief she had to face head on, she explores why pain is never wasted and what happens when you finally stop running from it. She covers five things pain teaches us when we let ourselves feel it: why avoiding pain does not delete it, it just sends it underground; why the version of you on the other side of pain is the most powerful version of you; why high achievers are often the worst at this; how your nervous system will keep recreating your pain until you meet it; and why sitting with pain is not a weakness but the most advanced leadership skill you can develop. Self-Respect, People Pleasing & The Quiet War We Wage Against Ourselves

What if the kindness you're so proud of is actually costing you your self-respect? In this episode, Noona sits down with Dr. Katherine Iscoe, PhD graduate and author of a new book on self-respect, for one of the most honest conversations about people pleasing, perfectionism, and the quiet war we wage against ourselves. They cover why high achievers are often the most emotionally depleted people in the room, how outsourcing your self-worth to others keeps you trapped, the difference between striving for excellence and destroying yourself chasing perfection, and why being a little selfish might be the healthiest thing you ever do. If you've ever felt exhausted by your own kindness, this one is for you. Emotional Mastery: The Skill No One Taught You

We're told to choose happiness. Good vibes only. Gratitude journals. Positive thinking. But what if that obsession with feeling good is actually what's keeping you stuck? In this solo episode, Noona talks about something that comes up with almost every single one of her clients. The inability to hold two emotions at the same time. And it's costing them their happiness, their relationships, and their leadership. You cannot feel real happiness unless you allow yourself to feel real sadness. When you flatline one emotion, you flatline them all. In this episode: Why happiness can't exist without sadnessHow high achievers are often the most emotionally avoidant people in the roomWhat happens when you outsource your emotions to other peopleA simple body scan practice to process emotions you've been suppressingWhy the most magnetic leaders are the ones who can feel the most"The happiness of a human being is defined by how much they can sit with uncomfortable emotions." McDonald’s HEIRESS to Wellness Visionary

In this episode of the *Limitless* podcast, host Noona Nafousi welcomes Kirsty Morris, the serial entrepreneur behind the luxury wellness brand, KAILO. Morris shares her journey from growing up in a pioneering McDonald’s franchise family in Australia to building her own international wellness empire. She discusses how witnessing her parents’ sacrifice and teamwork instilled a deep work ethic, leading her to open her first coffee shop at age 24 and later hold a key culture-building role at Virgin Airlines. Morris provides a raw look at the personal and professional hurdles that shaped her, including navigating a complex divorce and the emotional challenge of walking away from her family's McDonald's legacy to pursue her true passion. She recounts how KAILO, which began as a med spa in 2018, was nearly derailed by the global pandemic only 12 months after opening. Through the resilience of her all-female team, the business not only survived but innovated, leading to the birth of KAILO Nutrition. The conversation also delves into Morris’s advocacy for female leadership and her commitment to holistic health. She shares expert advice on the critical role of gut health in longevity, recommending anti-inflammatory protocols and microbiome testing for overall well-being. Looking forward, Morris discusses KAILO's expansion into the UAE and her mission to move beyond just selling products to building a global wellness movement. Limitless: Because the only thing in your way is YOU

Join Noona Nafousi as she launches her new podcast, Limitless, to help you understand the limits we place on ourselves and how to become limitless. Noona's journey began with a childhood obsession with personal development, and later, as a headhunter and recruiter, she became "really obsessed" with why some candidates with perfect CVs lacked confidence. Using her skills as a master NLP practitioner, she started coaching her candidates, helping them uncover that their limiting factor was normally their beliefs. Noona shared her personal story of transformation, which began when she was made redundant as a headhunter during COVID, a time when she also struggled with low self-confidence and a changed identity as a new mother. She described being "absolutely broken" after losing her job in an "unceremonious way," being told she "couldn't handle the pressure of COVID," and having money owed under UAE law stolen from her. When her daughter walked in on her crying, she realized, "this is not my story" and worked on herself. Through this, she realized she had low self-respect and weak boundaries, meaning she was "training people on how much respect they should have" for her. Noona, who also admitted to playing the "victim card beautifully," now loves herself more than ever at 47 and calls herself "the kindest human being in my life". The podcast Limitless will explore why we place limits on ourselves, what those limits are, and the "little practical steps" to notice and strip them away. Noona emphasizes that only she can make herself happy or sad, stressing the importance of taking "radical responsibility" for one's own thoughts, feelings, and emotions to achieve real power and true happiness. Tune in to Limitless for episodes featuring solo discussions and guest interviews. Remember: "the only limits that are holding us back in our life are the ones that we place on ourselves"
