WATER IS LIFE. Today on the podcast, I have Shay Eden and Zeev Zohar, the Co-Founders of Mayu Water. We talk about the importance of pure mineral water and how to purify your water at home. Shay is the Founder and Master Distiller at MAYU Water, and Ze'ev is the CEO. Zeev is a multidisciplinary Entrepreneur and Inventor with a proven track record of creating products enjoyed by many thousands of people worldwide.Inspired by the beauty and wisdom of the water element, they began the journey of Mayu. The MAYU develop by these questions:• How can we give our children better water to drink?• How can we save the water sources across the planet from the increasing pollution of plastic waste and other chemicals? The founders decided to let the children be their compass and the water be their guide.Throughout the years, they have been diving deep into water research and observation. They are trying to understand the secrets of its movement, different tastes, and qualities. Also, they were very concerned about humanity's single-use plastic consumption consequences.MAYU is the beginning of a water revolution. With a disruptive technology & business model. MAYU simulates the natural water cycle, creating pure, healthy, personalized mineral water sourcing water directly from the tap. MAYU enables users to choose between various mineral blends based on their specific preferences and nutritional needs.Mayu Swirl makes your drinking water better. It restores the water structure. The vortex in Mayu Swirl aerates the water. The aeration treatment increases the transfer of gas between the atmospheric air and the water, resulting in: • Infusion of oxygen• Evaporation/release of volatile compounds - including chlorine, THMs, CO2, unwanted odors, and other VOCs (Volatile Organic Compound).• Raised pH levels• Improved tasteTo know more about MAYU. Freedom through movement, directing your emotional energy and epic handstands with a yogi Sarah White

On the show today, I have my friend Sarah White.Sarah’s a certified yoga instructor, PT, and handstand coach with an active community and online school. She believes in “Freedom Through Movement” and her unique style classes focus more on the discovery of the body and breath than your traditional alignment-based systems. Sarah’s goal is to empower all of those taking her classes, to guide those within them into a deep sense of knowing within themselves and their bodies.Sarah White: Sarah’s yoga journey started in 2016 after a battle with anxiety left her no choice but to try yoga after hearing about its benefits. Very quickly she saw the effects the practice was having in her life off of the mat and decided that she would dedicate herself to teaching; in the hope, she’d be able to help those walking a similar path.Fast forward 5 years and Sarah’s now a certified yoga instructor, PT, and handstand coach with an active community and online school. When I first met Sarah, it wasn't hard to notice the calm energy she brought to the room, and then I saw her perform a few gymnastics moves and her favorite handstand which was perfect.
