Absolutely love the calming yet purposeful and driven energy of the podcast. I couldn’t help but quickly scribble notes of my favorite quotes during the first episode (might butcher the quotes but they’re along the lines of): “Sometimes, you just need to listen.” “People stay in dead environments and hope for growth.” “Repeating things is a form of self-love.” Everything feels like its been done with genuine intention and purpose, I can’t wait to for more to come!!

I just love the vibe and confident behind it, This podcast was really helpful, I got a really productive train of thoughts. •Motivation never comes before you start with something, it’s always after the first step you take to do what you want.
