My advice is to not get very broad in the beginning of the business. Try to be more specific and for the target audience; for example choose a particular age group to create an interesting content. Based on the age group do the segmentation of the content for your business. As a service provider, it will be very difficult to measure the quality of your business since it is but hopefully with KPI measurements you will be able to measure and improve the quality of your content.
