I explore borderline personality disorder and bipolar II — not as labels, but as languages I’m still learning to speak. I read through articles, reflect in real time, and try to understand how these words map onto my everyday thoughts, fears, and sparks of joy. It’s filmmaking mixed with self-study. So this space is where I’ll talk about the ups and downs of that journey, dealing with mental health, traumas, sexuality, and the horror stuff that’s inspired me along the way.
