    Without Fear or Favour was held on 30 May 2022 at the Judith Neilson Institute. The session covered the intricacies of Australian journalists covering affairs in China.  A collaboration between Media Diversity Australia and the NEMBC presented a panel of experts moderated by award-winning journalist Stan Grant (ABC). The panel included Mandi Wicks (SBS), Jennifer Hsu (Lowy Institute), Songfa Liu (ICMS Radio) and Echo Hui (ABC). Founder of Media Diversity Australia Isabel Lo also gave opening remarks.    CEO of Media Diversity Australia, Mariam Veiszadeh opened and closed the night, and CEO of the National Foundation for Australia China Relations, Peter Cai, spoke at the event as well.   See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

She also discussed how the pandemic gave her staff perspective and space to survey and reflect on their reach.
