    0010: Ease Into It

Your body does not have to negotiate with guilt just because someone else wanted access.  In this episode, we’re releasing the need to make our boundaries sound beautiful before we believe they’re valid. We’re practicing clarity without cruelty. We’re choosing honesty without the apology tour.  Because your no is not an attack. It is information.
