    The power of your thoughts.

    In this episode I begin with a quote of the day to start us off. I talk about the how important our thoughts control our emotions and put so much pressure on ourselves. I then go into how my time here in the city is coming to an end and it’s back to Campus life. New habits I want to embark on while doing podcasting. Towards the end I touch on the journey of my cousin and how his whole incarceration process is going and ways to uplift those incarcerated.
