She began her career in 2000 at General Electric Healthcare where she successively fulfilled management responsibilities at the international level before joining in 2013 the Zurich Insurance Group as Head of IT and Transformation. She grew up in China and moved to France in 2008 where she got her Master degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences in ISFA (Institut de Science Financière et d’Assurance). This cross-cultural background gives her a unique advantage in terms of deep understanding of both Chinese and European cultures.
