Then, they dive into promotions and updates from recent weeks as well as players of note at each level. They welcome on Dusty Dellinger for an interview in the second half of the episode. Dusty has worked as an MLB umpire and now in umpire development and evluation for over 20 years and joins the show to share thoughts on the ABS system, umpiring around baseball, and other fascinating topics. He shares from an excellent perspective on the landscape of officiating in Minor League and Major League Baseball.

Nick Murawski and Danny Miller discuss the recent managerial moves by Pedro Grifol.  Both Nick and Danny are obsessed. They also discuss the teams split with the Red Sox.

Elijah Evans and Jeff Cohen welcome on Just Baseball Founder and Executive Editor Aram Leighton. They discuss his Updated Top 100 Prospects featuring five White Sox prospects (Colson Montgomery, Noah Schultz, Drew Thorpe, Jairo Iriarte, Edgar Quero) as Aram breaks down each player and their future projection. They also discuss players not far outside the list such as Grant Taylor, Jacob Gonzalez, Bryan Ramos, and others. Then, they dive into trade talks surrounding Luis Robert and Garrett Crochet as Aram presents possible trade partners and packages for the two star players.

On this episode of the FutureSox Podcast Ian Eskridge and James Fox discuss the White Sox call up of pitching prospect Drew Thorpe and a few other pitchers who are crushing it. Is this the right way to be handling the prospects with constant moving around? They also discussed the possibilities of trading Crochet & Robert. On this special episode of the FutureSox Podcast Ian Eskridge and James Fox welcome Tyler Jennings of Prospects Live for some serious draft chat. They discuss what Tyler feels is the strength of the draft and who you can expect to end up in the top 10 at this point. As White Sox fans, we are all pretty much disgusted that the Guardians ended up with the first pick in the draft, but Ian and James asked Tyler where he thought their strategy would take them with the first overall pick.

Once they got past the names everybody knows and expects to be called in the top 10, Tyler was asked who his favorite guys outside of the top 10 are. He had some interesting answers and probably a few you either don't know or don't expect.

Of course the most important question the FutureSox Podcast has for Tyler is who he thinks the White Sox will go with at number 5, and who will be available.
