    Training isn’t just about the miles you run or the workouts you complete, it’s about the mindset you bring to them too. The mental side of training is just as important as the physical and it’s something we don’t know how to manage or overlook.  Have you ever gone into a race or training session with a negative mindset and it not gone well?
