Ben’s credentials have ranked him in the REB’s Top 50 agents in Victoria and the title of Marshall White Salesperson of the year for 3 consecutive years. In the last year he sold 14 Glyndon Avenue, Brighton for a price of $19.8 million, Victoria’s 4th highest sale of the year, and recently breaking the Brighton sales record selling one of Melbourne’s most iconic properties at 39 Seacombe Grove, Brighton for in excess of $30,000,000. Ben talks through his decision surrounding leaving the Marshall White business, only to come back into the fold, now looking to work at the top end of the Melbourne real estate market across mulitple municipalities.
