Fitnessarmband Whoop erlebt seit Jahren einen regelrechten Hype, denn es trackt Körperdaten und generiert daraus detaillierte Auswertungen über die eigene Fitness und gibt Hilfestellung, wie man die Leistung verbessern kann.
