amazing source to get back control over our attention

Hi Jocelyn,

Thank you for makeing this great podcast. It is packed with ways of becoming more aware of all the forces that are pulling away our attention and gives actionable advice on how to learn to control our mind more again.

I especially love the episode with Craig Mod. He is such a smart guy and great speaker. I would love to meet him and exchange experiences form Vippassana and other meditation retreats.

Keep up the great work you are doing. The modern world is desperate need of the content of your books and podcast. Thank you and all the best,

Volker

PS: We briefly met in June at the entrance of the Invisible Dog.
