    Creative Conversations: Gas Stations, Graveyards & Girl Scouts

    Apparently Banana What started as a simple conversation about what we did for fun in high school quickly turned into an hour of absolute chaos. From gas station parking lots and Girl Scouts to backyard wrestling, haunted houses, Ouija boards, sumo wrestling, dumpster-built radios, drama club, Halloween memories, and stories we'd almost forgotten—we somehow managed to cover all of it. There was no script. There was barely a topic. Just three friends sharing memories, laughing at ourselves, and seeing where the conversation took us. Sometimes the best conversations are the ones you never planned. So grab a snack, settle in, and embrace the chaos. Welcome to Creative Conversations... BANANA!!!!!!

    90's Fever Dream Media

    This week on Creative Conversations, Will, Trish, and Red dive headfirst into the strange, forgotten, and wildly entertaining media of the ’90s. From Big Bad Beetleborgs, VR Troopers, and Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog to WMAC Masters, Eureeka’s Castle, Under the Umbrella Tree, Wienerville, and more, the crew revisits the shows and movies that feel less like childhood memories and more like shared fever dreams. Along the way, they talk Saban-era superhero shows, forgotten Disney and Nickelodeon favorites, unsettling children’s movies, Mortal Kombat connections, bizarre cartoons, Corey Feldman, Mary-Kate and Ashley, and the media nobody else seems to remember. It’s nostalgic, chaotic, occasionally educational, and exactly what happens when three exhausted friends try to explain why the ’90s were so wonderfully weird.

    Creative Conversations Special: Red Flag Radio 1

    Tonight’s episode of Creative Conversations has been designated a Red Flag Radio Special Presentation. Will, Trish, and Red dig into songs with lyrics that are creepy, controlling, predatory, violent, emotionally toxic, wildly misunderstood—or sometimes all of the above. From “Into the Night” and “Brown Sugar” to “Animals,” “Jolene,” “Fancy,” and “Stacy’s Mom,” the crew asks one very important question: Did anybody actually listen to the lyrics? This isn’t about canceling every song on the playlist. It’s about context, interpretation, changing social standards, personal red flags, and the uncomfortable realization that some absolute bangers are saying some deeply questionable things. Content warning: discussions of consent, domestic violence, abuse, infidelity, sexual exploitation, and other sensitive themes. P.S. "Editor Will" here, I apologize for any audio issues. i am working to resolve these and hopefully moving forward they will no longer occur.

    The Guest (2014)

    We’re back, baby. After a long break, Two Guys, a Girl, and That Movie Place returns with Will’s pick: The Guest from 2014. Will loved it. Trish absolutely did not. Blake was present, chaotic, and possibly an Aquarius-shaped problem. This episode has everything: Dan Stevens being aggressively suspicious, a soundtrack that understood the assignment, Trish demanding that movies “make sense,” a Halloween dance that deserved more screen time, and a full debate over whether “his eyes were too blue” counts as storytelling. Was The Guest a stylish thriller or a half-baked pile of unanswered questions? Depends who you ask. Spoilers ahead. Chaos guaranteed.

    Creative Conversations Episode 14: HAPPY SONGS!!!!!

    This week on Creative Conversations, Will, Trish, and Red build their “happy song” playlists… and immediately prove that happiness is subjective, chaotic, and occasionally threatening to nearby footwear. From They Might Be Giants and Tom Lehrer to Elvis, Cher, Afroman, Soul Asylum, bad lip reading earworms, power dwarf metal, horror movie soundtracks, and songs that should probably come with warning labels, the crew talks about the music that makes them laugh, dance, troll each other, or become slightly less murdery. Along the way: Red brings childhood Halloween classics, Trish defends the weird girl playlist, Will weaponizes Spotify trauma, Blake contributes Afroman, and somehow this all turns into plans for a new “Red Flag Radio” segment and the return of Two Guys, A Girl in That Movie Place. Come for the songs. Stay for the chaos goblin energy.

    Creative Conversations is back at the Creation Station, and this time Will, Trish, and Red are diving into TV shows that ended too soon, ended badly, or just personally offended them. We talk Sweet Tooth, Ratched, V Wars, Manifest, Luke Cage, The Dresden Files, Grimm, Stargate Universe, ALF, Dinosaurs, Dark Angel, Lovecraft Country, and more — somehow detouring into wire-wrapping injuries, naked survival shows, Jason Momoa, Cajun accents, bleach fumes, and why Netflix keeps hurting our feelings. It’s chaotic, funny, lightly unhinged, and exactly what happens when three tired creatives record after back-to-back Facebook and Tiktok lives.

    We are back with more of the randomness that you love. We try and figure out if Blake actually knows the difference between Die Hard and Lethal Weapon We try to figure out how to say CCH Pounder's name. We talk about the greatness that is Billy Zane and much much more. There is even a bit of a bonus review for a Nicholas Cage masterpiece(Will)/disasterpiece(Trish) and much more.
