Today the story comes from Southeast Asia, in countries called the Philippines and Vietnam.

A very big storm called a typhoon traveled across the ocean. Its name was Kalmaegi. This typhoon was very strong. It first visited a country called the Philippines. Then, it went to another country, Vietnam. The wind blew hard and the rain fell down a lot. It was a little scary, and it caused some trouble. But people are strong, too! They helped each other. They made sure their friends and families were safe inside their homes. It reminds us to always be careful during a big storm.
