Is Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) Sabotaging Your Career or Business?
For me, Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) has been the most challenging and debilitating part of managing my ADHD. This is when you experience an intense physiological reaction and emotional spiral after receiving perceived rejection or criticism. In this episode, I talk about some of the ways this has manifested in my career and prevented me from making consistent progress in my business (in the past). I also share my top 3 tips for managing RSD, so you can stop letting your emotions run the show and get back in the driver's seat of your own career.

How To Study And Succeed With ADHD: My Top 5 Favourite Tools
Studying — and actually succeeding — with ADHD is no easy feat. That's something I learned the hard way, when I did my entire first university degree (Journalism) and 3/4 of my second one (Psychology) unmedicated! However, the upside of that was: I was forced to find productivity and study aid tools that helped me push through the procrastination and distraction, and get stuff done. In this podcast, I share my top 5 tools for studying with ADHD (note: many of these tools, I use for getting work done in general — so definitely still check it out even if you're not studying!) I also share some of my personal journey of studying, including what it's like to do a Graduate Diploma of Psychology as a mature-aged student. Note: None of these tools are sponsored, these are just things that have genuinely helped me and I wanted to share! I hope you enjoy these study hacks for people with ADHD.

A great insight into the lives of successful women
I thoroughly enjoy this podcast because it pulls back the curtains and shows you how people really go about their day, social media highlight reel aside. It’s an insight into productivity and progress, and I also feel like it reminds me “hey, you don’t have to be 100% frantic busy every second of the day to be “successful”. The interviewing style is relaxed and easy to listen to, and I enjoy it most while walking or doing household chores. Great selection of guests too!
