    Why do we believe our opinions over facts?

    This week we sit down for a catch-up on my fitness and weight loss journey and the altercation that took the jam (jelly) out of my doughnut! I also talk about why I believe my own brain has negative opinions over facts that prove it wrong and what you can do to try and filter/sort out your own opinions and either prove them right or wrong with FACTS Ill leave you with my limited notes to blabber on.     So in the first official episode, we talk about the origins of me being accountable for my life and my reasoning behind it. I am still finding my feet with this  (that's an amputee joke) with all this so apologies if it seems at all rambling but things will tighten up as we find our groove.     This is me just ripping the bandaid off and starting the process. It has no real theme though one will become clear as we continue. This is speed dating to see if your ears are a compatible match with my rambling diatribe. I'm a former super morbidly obese father of 3 and husband of 1. I speak my mind and that isn't for everyone but I feel as I have something to say and it might be something that you need to hear! I'm still on my journey but I'm so passionate about holding myself accountable that I feel this is the best way of doing so. It's 20 minutes long... what have you got to lose?
